The encounter was captured on video and shows a group of motorcycle equestrians stopped in a road as a large herd spans the roadway.
A woman is considered treading over to the grass and sitting down to get a picture of a father bison and her calf.
Another bison then charges the woman and hookings its cornet on her jeans, flinging her around in the air.

She is thrown out of her pants and regions on the ground as people hasten over to offer her first assist.
Custer State Park officials in a statement Friday said the incident is a warning about the dangers of approaching the animals.
” This was certainly an unfortunate instance. We cannot carefulnes guests enough to respect the space of these animals and all the swine they encounter in the park ,” the statement said.
The park’s superintendent, Matt Snyder, told News Channel 1 that the victim, a 54 -year-old woman from Iowa, was transported under a infirmary via life-flight in unknown condition.
Park visitor Jo Reed, who filmed the video, said the incident happened Wednesday.
” The bison were everywhere we ran, herds and flocks of them ,” she wrote in a Facebook post.” We came around a arc just behind a group of motorcyclists and there was a herd standing in the middle of the road, most noticeably a moo-cow( female) and her calf which was nursing .”
Reed said she stood out of the top of her Jeep to take photos and saw one female get off her motorcycle and approach the herd.
She wanted to share the video of the two attacks as a reminder of the dangers of confronting a wild animal.
” PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FEEL FREE TO share this, so people understand they’re about to die when they confront an animal this powerful. Thankfully the ranger did not need to tranquilize the bison ,” Reed wrote.
