Brother of the late ‘Star Wars’ actress Carrie Fisher unearthed a note she wrote about death ‘long ago’

The late “Star Wars” actress Carrie Fisher shared a content about fatality — in the form of a handwritten note on a book page. The actress’s brother, Todd Fisher, told The New York Post’s Page Six that he found it in a drawer of their mother’s, the late actress Debbie Reynolds, while looking for memorabilia for a “Star Wars” pop-up museum at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Carrie’s note was written on an “About the Author” page of a book by novelist Adrian Tinniswood. Todd spoke the letter to Page Six, saying that the late actress writes as if she was dead and what it was like. Carrie Fisher died three years ago on Dec. 23, 2016, after suffering from a heart attack on a flight before Christmas. Despite the actress’s untimely passing, she has constructed post-mortem appearings in later movies in the “Star Wars” franchise, including the most recent film, “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, ” which was released on Dec. 20 of this year.
