A 59-year-old woman was killed by a pack of feral hogs outside her home in Texas

Christine Rollins, a guardian from Chambers County, Texas, was were dead by one of her patrons in the yard between her car and her front doorway, the Houston Chronicle reported. Rollins “suffered a severe head injury and several other hurts on her body consistent with animal bites, ” according to the Chronicle report. Her extinction was ruled an accident Monday after the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office decided the cause of death was by feral hog assault. Feral hogs, officially categorized an invasive species in the nation, have been terrorizing tenants in rural Texas, destroying belonging and posing as a threat to people.
