Dousing cops with water is assault, period

The images are alarming and infuriating. Over the past week, in three separate incidents in Brooklyn, Harlem, and the Bronx, uniformed New York City police officers have been assaulted by individuals in lawless chapters “thats been” videotaped and started viral on the internet — brazen, water-dousing attacks via pails dumped on heads or Super Soaker water guns sprayed in officers’ faces.
