Ho Lee Sheet! Nissan GT-R Nismo With Fostla Wrap Is Foo Kin Fast

Ever since it first broke cover 11 years ago, the Nissan GT-R was tuned in more ways than anyone can count. From the giant body kits added by Liberty Walk to heart transplants and engine upgrades, the Godzilla has had them all – and then some.

As for the owner of this Japanese supercar, he wanted a chrome-green vinyl wrap for his ride, with a special Godzilla design, which was applied by Fostla. The tuner says “it’s rather tricky to wrap a complete vehicle with that special kind of vinyl”, referring to the imprint, but they apparently did a good job.

Besides the new and shiny look, this GT-R Nismo was also equipped with an Akrapovic exhaust system, made from titanium. The aftermarket part is said to be “responsible for the perfect sound” of the supercar, although there’s no video accompanying the images to reveal just how “perfect” it is.

The rest of the car remains untouched. Yet, this is a Nismo, which means that it has a few upgrades over the regular GT-Rs, with the most important one allowing the twin-turbo 3.8-liter V8 to produce 600hp (609PS / 448kW) and 481lb-ft (652Nm) of torque, in the latest iteration. This translates into a 0-62mph (0-100km/h) sprint made in 2.7 seconds.

As for the official starting price of the GT-R Nismo, that would be $175,490 in the United States, or $13,690 more than the entry-level, 540hp (548PS / 403kW) Porsche 911 Turbo.
