Kamala Harris( Calif .) took some hot from an elderly Iowa woman on Monday, when the voter chided Harris and told her to &#8220;leave our health care alone.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>What are the details? <\/p>\n<p rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/kamala-harris-confronted-by-upset-iowa-resident-leave-our-health-care-alone\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fox News<\/a>, Harris was speaking with tenants at the Bickford Senior Living Center in Muscatine when 91 -year-old Roberta Jewell summoned successful candidates over to her by saying, &#8220;Can I ask you a question? I understand that you are advocating health care for everyone.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Yes, ma&#8217;am, &#8221; Harris replied.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Who&#8217;s going to pay for it? &#8221; Mrs. Jewell questioned. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Well, we&#8217;re going to pay for it, &#8221; Harris responded, &#8220;because right now, telling you, we&#8217;re all paying for health care for everyone, and it&#8217;s in an emergency room.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;No, we&#8217;re not, &#8221; Mrs. Jewell said, before telling Harris in no uncertain terms: &#8220;Leave our health care alone. Unlike other 2020 candidates, Harris has not put a price tag on her plan, which has described <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/kamala-harris-health-care-plan-2020-experts-skeptical-cost-1451633\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">criticism and skepticism<\/a> from her opposings and pundits alike.<\/p>\n<p rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">For comparison, Newsweek reported that White House hopeful Sen. Bernie Sanders'( I-Vt .)
