This week, Starbucks announced they will expand their medical coverage for transgender employees.
\nAlthough the company already covered gender reassignment surgery, they are now covering surgeries that were once considered cosmetic, like breast augmentation and voice therapy.

Although Starbucks has a record of being an ally to the LGBTQ community<\/a>, they’re now taking a major step in helping their transgender employees.
