Comcast<\/a> has officially bid $65 billion for 21st Century Fox<\/a>, topping Disney<\/a>‘s $52 billion offer. 
\nThe proposal comes one day after a court approved AT&T’s $85 billion merger with Time Warner.<\/a><\/p>\n

Comcast<\/a> made its highly-anticipated bid for 21st Century Fox<\/a> official, offering $65 billion for the company excluding the Fox News and Fox Business channels.<\/p>\n
