Golden Retriever brothers Bleu and Colby, AKA Cheese Patrol<\/a>, are no strangers to fame. A timelapse video<\/a> of them as pups running for their dinner has over 13 million views on YouTube, and now they have gone viral again after being caught in the act performing a daring jailbreak \u2013 setting their partner-in-crime free so she can give them some snacks.<\/p>\n

Toddler Chloe is just 15 months old and she and the dogs are the very best of pals. The clever pups have quickly figured out that Chloe is much more generous with the snacks than her mom and dad, which is all the more reason to hang out with her as often as possible! \u201cColby parks himself under Chloe’s high chair every night,\u201d dad Chris told Bored Panda. \u201cLately she’s gotten tall enough to reach into their food bin, so she scoops out kibble and drops it for them, much to our chagrin.\u201d<\/p>\n

So when breakfast time comes around, and the old routine of barking outside mom and dad’s door wasn’t bringing any joy, Cheese Patrol gets to work. \u201cWhen 6 am rolls around and they haven’t been fed yet, they definitely go looking,\u201d Chris told us. Quietly opening the door to Chloe’s room, they sneak inside and wake her up with licks and gentle nudges. When she wakes up, the pups excitedly lead her in the direction of the snacks, and little Chloe is only too happy to oblige!<\/p>\n

Chloe’s mom Nina was baffled to find her wandering free in the halls in the morning, as she isn’t big enough to open the bedroom door herself just yet. She decided to set up a video to find out what was going on and the footage of the jailbreak is too adorable for words. \u201cThey definitely know exactly what they are doing,\u201d Chris said. \u201cAnd Chloe feeds them on purpose.\u201d<\/p>\n

An authentic little crime syndicate! Their mornings of mischief are coming to an end however, as software company manager Chris and his wife Nina, who is a nurse, are now moving house and security is sure to be tighter from now on.
