Masahiro Sakurai Is Appearing On Next Week’s Dragon Quest XI S Launch Stream

Celebrating the Switch release.

Square Enix has announced the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate administrator Masahiro Sakurai will appear on the fourth Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age live stream, airing next week. It’ll start at 9 PM JST on 26 th September and lead until 1 AM JST on 27 th September, and is celebrating the launch of the game on Nintendo Switch.

The first part of the broadcast will feature Sakurai alongside the Dragon Quest series creator Yuji Horii, which is able to apparently have a “special” chat, and this will be followed by a second segment inviting the Japanese voice actors of Dragon Quest XI S and the serial in general to countdown to the midnight launch.
